On Day 12 we ask for your generosity in aiding this community of faith to help their own and many others!

Here’s how:

[Misión Latina Luterana @MLL_ELCA]

“The courage of our members has inspired leaders of color within our denomination to stand up to the racism and abuse many have suffered in the ELCA

What's more Lutheran than walking out on a Bishop who is not proclaiming the truth of the Gospel?”

“…we faced powerful Church leaders who […] proudly shared with the Church how they were committed in NOT granting our faith community justice. But God, who always uplifts the lowly, acted in a powerful way, by bringing them down from their thrones.” 👇🏻

“Unlike the former Bishop of the SPS-ELCA, […] now defrocked, (Rev. Dr. Leah Schade) actually heard from the faith community and investigated the evidence and testimonies of many people who lived the traumatic events of 12/12/21.”

Dealing with the trauma inflicted on my faith community, my family, and I on December 12th, 2021 has not been easy. But thanks to God, who gives us faith, resilience, and a desire for justice, the words of the Virgin Mary in the Magnificat became a reality. Join us!
