Great write up @robhahn ...err...Claude Hahn?

A special [VIP] post. A guest post (as an open letter) from Ed Zorn, General Counsel of CRMLS.
He wanted to disagree with my recent posts at length, and we thought this was the best way to do that.

This reminds of this snippet in the NAR handbook: "Rules become aspirations at best, and potentially meaningless, if not enforced with vigor and determination." Even the best crafted policies will suffer from a desire or ability to enforce.
"I think we're far better off if we stop talking about [MLS] policy and we start talking about enforcement." - @robhahn I think Rob is spot on. What, and how, can MLSs enforce?

Something that concerns me. At #mlsreset conference and learning the youngest person here is 33. Which isn’t young. Where are the twentysomethings? Where is the future of the industry if they’re not here?
Hi MLS Exec friends and colleagues! Voting is still open (through 11/12) for the @councilofmls BOD. I'm 1 of 7 candidates for the 4 open seats. I'd love to earn your vote (voting details in your email) and as always, I'm happy to chat, just reach out! #MultipleListingService
Random appreciation tweet going out to @MLSRene saying THANK YOU for caring about what the real estate regulators know and think about industry happenings. Looking forward to seeing you at the @ARELLOHQ Legal Exchange in August!
Great work by @Bright_MLS Research and Legal teams. Check out our report and resources as we separate myth from facts about real estate commissions, the MLS, and the @nardotrealtor class action settlement: https://t.co/75TP6vhKuF
