"ADM Replacement"

🎥 After ADM accuracy test was found one ADM out of limit.

The Air Data Module (ADM) provides a digital output of sensed pressures.

It is responsible for gathering, processing, and providing accurate and reliable air data measurements to various systems within the aircraft.

The ADM measures the airspeed of the aircraft by receiving the total pressure and static pressure from the air data sensors installed on the fuselage or the pitot-static system.

It then calculates the true airspeed based on the inputs received and provides this data to the flight control system and other systems that require airspeed information.

The Air Data Module is also responsible for measuring and calculating the altitude of the aircraft.

It receives inputs from the static pressure sensors and calculates the altitude based on the atmospheric pressure. The altitude data is crucial for various systems, including the autopilot, weather radar, and cabin pressurization system.

Coanda Effect helps an aircraft generate additional lift by ensuring airflow sticks to the wing’s surface, particularly when slats and flaps are extended. This allows the plane to maintain lift at high angles of attack and low speeds, making takeoff and landing safer and more efficient. Air conditioning system ✈️
1️⃣Bleed Air Source: The system starts with bleed air (orange lines), which is hot, high-pressure air extracted from the aircraft’s engines. This air is the primary source for the air conditioning system.
2️⃣Air Cycle Machines (Packs): The bleed air is directed into the left and right packs (air cycle machines), labeled “Left Pack” and “Right Pack.” These packs cool the air through a process involving heat exchangers, water separators, and turbines. The packs also have trip-off mechanisms to shut down if they overheat.
3️⃣Mixing and Distribution: The cooled air (blue lines) from the packs is sent to mixing chambers, where it combines with recirculated air (yellow lines) from the cabin. Recirculation fans (noted as 2 in the 737-800) help mix fresh and recirculated air for efficiency.
4️⃣Temperature Control: Auto temp controllers regulate the air temperature by adjusting hot air mix valves, ensuring the air is neither too hot nor too cold before distribution.
5️⃣Cabin Distribution: The conditioned air is then distributed through ducts to various parts of the aircraft, including the cockpit, cabin (via sidewall risers), and cargo bay. Temperature sensors in the cabin and cockpit provide feedback to maintain the desired temperature.
6️⃣Ram Air and Exhaust: Ram air (external air entering through inlets) is used to cool the heat exchangers in the packs. After cooling, the air is exhausted overboard.
The system ensures a comfortable environment for passengers and crew by regulating temperature, humidity, and air quality throughout the flight.

@Ruh_Rd علم الكهرباء يختلف عن الميكانيك
الميكانيك سهل توجد المشكله ولكن تتطلب جهد للصيانه
اما الكهرباء صعب توجد المشكله والحل جداً بسيط
الاخ بالفيديو
اخذ المسار من اخره ، استسهل الحل ، وماحدد المشكله الاساسيه
فصل الـ fuse معناها فيه short circuit تماس كهرباء او overload

airbag's control module متعطل ، او ممكن طاره الاستيرنج ( شريط ايرباق ) تحكم الطاره والزامور ، الاحتمالات كثيره ولكن تقدر تحصر المشكله اذا زودتني بالكود من خلال الفحص
