Cyber exploitation, online harassment, and the vile acts of incels, who hide behind anonymity, are not only corrupting the very core of the internet’s values but also contributing to the bullying, harassment, and even deaths of women and children. This cannot be tolerated any longer. The fundamental human rights of life and freedom are under grave threat today. Women and children have become prime targets for cybercriminals and bullies. This digital torment is spreading like a virus, embedding itself in the hearts of societies. We can no longer accept this.

Governments and authorities, this is your wake-up call. The time for indifference has ended. You claim to protect your people, but how can you do so when you don’t fully understand the enemy? These faceless criminals thrive on your inaction, exploiting every loophole, hiding in the shadows of your negligence. You have the resources. You have the power. But you are not acting swiftly or decisively enough. There are no more excuses. The criminals are advancing; your efforts must advance as well. You must collaborate globally — beyond borders, beyond political interests. Work together with cybersecurity experts, ethical hackers, and the communities that know these dark corners all too well.
