@BeardNGuns1776 Sweet. You can do a lot with some kettlebells and some dumbbells. If you have any questions about certain exercises or how to modify them I’m always here!
@BeardNGuns1776 Your body will continue to burn calories for up to something like 12-20 HOURS after you stop lifting. First hour might be 30, then 25 and so on. So thus the combination of the 2. Also look into HIIT cardio. Great for burning fat when you only have 15-20 minutes.
@BeardNGuns1776 Simplified science, 30 minutes of cardio burns (making up a number here) 120 calories, but you stop burning calories as soon as you stop the exercise. Weightlifting for 30m burns (random number) 50 calories in the same period of time. However…
@BeardNGuns1776 If general weight lose and overall health is your goal, a combination of cardio and weightlifting is your best bet. But the kitchen is where the REAL hard work happens. Don’t need some crazy starvation diet, but learning to eat clean is key.
@BeardNGuns1776 Awesome to hear man. If you have any questions about the gym or workout routines/ rotations just ask! It has become more of a passion than just a hobby for me. Just started a “cut” rotation to see my results.
@BeardNGuns1776 Yeah, it really is. Honestly the only thing that keeps me sane some days/weeks is the gym. Best therapy on earth. Take all your frustrations. All your angers. All your fear, sadness, doubt, whatever…and channel that shit into moving weight. I can’t recommend it enough.
@BeardNGuns1776 There is zero weakness in needing to talk brother. As men we are taught to hide or bottle everything and keep moving forward. There is a reason make suicide rates are so high. So if you’ll pardon my language, fuck what you’ve been taught. Reach out. No one should struggle alone.
@muskQu0tes@elonmusk Not reward people for posting dumb dances or dangerous challenges. Make the algorithm notice and reward people doing something meaningful.
