A lot of ppl saying Hird has knocked out some coaches from the race by stating he’s keen….if they’re rattled by that they don’t have what it takes. You need to be able to battle everything that comes your way not run away like a baby.

@rtralphy Agree, #essendonfc need to prepare to piss a few people off. Be ruthless again, I’d really like to see Hirdy lifting the next Essendon premiership cup even if not senior coach, still assistant coach or development.

@FootyLock6 Going through the process, if it’s not Hird, say Hinkley is appointed senior coach, I strongly feel Hird should becoming assistant or head of development. Otherwise the noise isn’t going away. That’s a win win.
