It carries more uncertainty and risk but it’s worth it if you’re a pro and know what you’re doing.

@kasrasadeghi577 @ThinkAppraiser I think it’s a bit more rare to be able to get HELOCs on investment properties but I do know they exist. You might just have to look around a bit. Maybe ask an AI chatbot for the top lenders that offer them, and that will go up to 80% Combined LTV.

@kasrasadeghi577 @ThinkAppraiser If you want to keep it, you could get a HELOC on it so that you can keep your main mortgage rate long term (if you don’t have any documented income, check Truss Financial). Use the HELOC amount to buy more real estate, multifamily with as many units as possible in your market.
