I’m writing this for my dad who has had such a horrible experience with @LGUS

They bought a washer/dryer set and in less than 3 months the dryer stopped working. It’s been almost a month now and he still hasn’t had anyone even call him about it after 10+ calls to cust service

It’s absolutely terrible that my wife bought tickets to a movie at @RegalMovies last night, had a tire blow out on the way and was denied a refund because it wasn’t within an hour of start time
