@Leon_Schreib Why a 18 year old should be held liable of own identity? If this doesn’t happen, you will find parents committing ID fraud for their kids taking advantage of a precedent. If a good number of parents do so, and each has 2-3 kids - you have a big problem.

@Leon_Schreib You can’t study, get a decent job, interact with government services, and even travel in many instances without ID. I believe a 18 years old must be help liable of own identity. You can’t be a mother and divorcee, not know the legality of your identity. I do not buy that story.
