The interesting thing is Caribou Crossing is owned by Sazarac (Buffalo Trace) But the whiskey is sourced from several distilleries due to Canada doesn’t have strict blending or aging laws. 3 years in any barrel new or old

You can also add basically anything flavor wise and it still be called Canadian whiskey. Also several mentioned are owned by American distilleries.
