Day 28 of 33- Me working out how many minutes I need to hit today to hit my weekly total of 1050 intensity minutes of exercise for Week 4? Itโs still 150- the daily average
Day 28 of 33 โ - Got there in the end. I didnโt want to do a long road run again today, otherwise I wouldโve wrecked myself for the rest of this week. Didnโt get enough sleep overnight so had to rollover the legs on the โdreadmillโ at 6kmh & another day of weights
Day 28 of 33- lt was probably my heaviest workload day on weights yesterday & 27 straight days averaging slightly over 150 minutes of exercise a day is just starting to bring on a few niggles. Need to play smart over these remaining 6 days
Day 29 of 33 โ - 184 intensity mins on my run & over 18km clocked. A great nights sleep. 62 floors up & 67 down. Today was my 2nd last run on this course. The last will be Wednesday. Iโll likely do 50,000 steps on the last 2 days as we set up for an ultra marathon starting Sat.

Day 30 of 33 โ - Well, a fail today so across the today & the following 3 days I have 568 minutes to complete to hit the 150 min average per day. Iโm about to do some brief exercise tonight. I know Iโve likely got 70,000 steps happening between now & Friday so no issues to โ
Day 31 of 33 โ - Iโm so pleased I purchased the barbell just prior to Easter. It added so much to exercising my shoulder & back this past fortnight & helped me burn more fat to replace it with lean muscle definition. Just 22kgs; you donโt need big weights to get fit & toned
