[Meenakshi M Bhakuni @MMBhakuni]

@FoeRajasthan A great experience to be in this space. Thanks to the organizers, support teams and participants.#FestivalOfEducation

[Meenakshi M Bhakuni @MMBhakuni]

@FoeRajasthan Career path should be laid down well. Iincentives & growth opportunities should be available to progressive educator.#FestivalOfEducation

[Meenakshi M Bhakuni @MMBhakuni]

@FoeRajasthan So in a modern classroom an educator is a facilitator cum mentor-a life coach and a friend.#FestivalOfEducation

[Meenakshi M Bhakuni @MMBhakuni]

@FoeRajasthan The basic premise of education is that you can never 'teach'-you can only facilitate learning. Each one learns oneself.#FestivalOfEducation

[Meenakshi M Bhakuni @MMBhakuni]

[Meenakshi M Bhakuni @MMBhakuni]

@FoeRajasthan Unfortunately education is at the lowest level in our country. This can be another debate some other time. #FestivalOfEducation

[Meenakshi M Bhakuni @MMBhakuni]

Teaching needs to be given so much importance that people queue up for this profession like in Finland. #FestivalOfEducation

[Meenakshi M Bhakuni @MMBhakuni]

@FoeRajasthan Also teachers need to be left with enough time and energy to work on themselves. Current system is a drain. #FestivalOfEducation

[Meenakshi M Bhakuni @MMBhakuni]

@FoeRajasthan In fact teaching has to be placed above all other professions so that people are motivated to be teachers. #f

[Meenakshi M Bhakuni @MMBhakuni]

@FoeRajasthan Most teachers have never been exposed to the latest in pedagogy. This is the need of the hour. #FestivalOfEducation

[Meenakshi M Bhakuni @MMBhakuni]

@FoeRajasthan Training of the teachers has to be taken up at the war scale. Best talent has to be attracted to education. #FestivalOfEducation
