در مقاله اخیرم در اورشلیم پست با عنوان «آیا اصلاح طلبان هسته سخت قدرت در جمهوری اسلامی هستند؟» از سابقه سیاه «چپ های خط امامی» دهه ۶۰، که همان اصلاح طلبان امروز هستند، در سرکوب، جنایت، تندروی و سانسور نوشتم.

به خلخالی (قاضی اعدام)، خوئینی ها (رهبر اشغال کنندگان سفارت آمریکا) ، حجاریان (از بنیانگذاران نهادهای امنیتی)، محتشمی پور (بنیانگذار حزب الله لبنان در زمان سفارت در سوریه) و سید محمد خاتمی ( وزیر ارشاد در دهه سیاه ۶۰ و مسئول همه سانسورها) و مصطفی تاجزاده (اپوزیسیون بدلی و دست ساز) اشاره کردم.

نوشتم چپ های خط امامی پس از مرگ خمینی، مانند یک رییس مافیا که قتل خودش را صحنه سازی می کند و با چهره و نام جدید باز می گردد، با «نام اصلاح طلب» برگشتند.

بدلیل سابقه امنیتی و‌سرکوبِ اصلاح طلبان، مانند «سیلوویکی ها» در روسیه هستند. سیلوویکی ها مقامات «ک‌گ ب» هستند که با کنار گذاشتن کمونیسم، شوروی را به روسیه پوتینی پوست انداز‌ی کردند، اما قدرت در دست آنها باقی ماند.

President @realDonaldTrump gave a great speech today at the UN. He made many important points about the destructive track record of the radical Islamist terrorists ruling Iran and the plight of the Iranian people.

The president is right that he has two choices before him. But the true choice is not between annihilating the Islamic Republic and allowing Iran to rebuild and become great again. Annihilating the regime is the necessary precondition for rebuilding Iran and making Iran great again.

The choice before @POTUS is either to allow the regime to survive and continue terrorizing the Iranian people, the region, and the world, or to annihilate the regime and give Iranians the opportunity to rebuild their country, make Iran great again, and become a reliable ally of the United States, as Iran was before the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

For @POTUS, that is an easy choice. Bringing down the regime and making Iran a reliable U.S. ally again, something no American president has managed to achieve over the past five decades, and securing the Persian Gulf in America’s camp for generations to come against China’s expanding influence would be key pillars of his legacy.
