@BupaUK not used BUPA policy before and have paid into it for 10 years! Trying to get an appt via Blua app which lets me log in then says a problem, ring helpline to sit on hold for 20mins is appalling! I just want an appt is that so hard?! Seems BUPA as bad as NHS for doc appts
