Texas Tech head coach Joey McGuire hinted the Red Raiders are going to add a mystery "blue blood" to their future schedules. That team, whomever it is – Notre Dame, USC, etc. – should drop Texas Tech immediately and publicly.
Good reminder that, Fresh off a 12-1 season, Notre Dame voluntarily suspended their starting QB Everett Golson for the entirety of the 2013 fall semester for cheating on a test.
Texas Tech is not only shamelessly allowing a player who bet on his own games to play for their team…they appear to have rigged the local courts to make sure it happened.
The opinions and moral posturing of Joey Mac and Texas Tech administration should never be taken seriously.
Popular rapper, Drake, referenced the Notre Dame-USC rivalry in a song titled "Dust" on his new album "Iceman" 🧊
"I beat that p***y up like I'm Marcus Free. She yell 'take it easy on me' like she USC. I'm really Notre Dame the way these n***as stopped playing with me." #Iceman
Louis Leo “Lou” Holtz, legendary college football coach, Hall of Famer, bestselling author, and one of America’s most influential motivational voices, has passed away at the age of 89 in Orlando, Florida, surrounded by family. Born January 6, 1937, in Follansbee, West Virginia, Holtz rose from humble beginnings to become one of the most respected figures in college athletics. Over a remarkable five‑decade career, he led college programs at William & Mary, NC State, Arkansas, Minnesota, Notre Dame, and South Carolina. He transformed every team he inherited and captured the 1988 National Championship with the Fighting Irish. Holtz was preceded in death by his beloved wife of more than 50 years, Beth, with whom he shared a life grounded in faith, devotion, and service.
Holtz is remembered for his enduring values of faith, family, service, and an unwavering belief in the potential of others. His influence extended far beyond the football field through the Holtz Charitable Foundation and the many players, colleagues, and communities shaped by his leadership. He is survived by his four children, nine grandchildren, and two great‑grandchildren. Funeral arrangements, including a Mass of Christian Burial at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart at the University of Notre Dame, will be announced as details are finalized.

No one - NO ONE - cared that Miami didn't even play in the ACC Championship (and has never won one).
No one - NO ONE - cared that Oklahoma and Texas A&M didn't play in the SEC Championship
Seriously, why do you care if Notre Dame is in a conference?
With Miami beating Ole Miss, the SEC finishes 1-8 against P4 teams in bowls, 0-3 in the playoff against other P4 teams and doesn’t get to the title game for 3 straight years
So look for ESPN & Greg Sankey to push for 9 SEC teams in the playoff next year

SEC drops to 2-7 in bowl games this season (when not playing another SEC team) after Miss State’s loss to Wake Forest. SEC teams were favored in 7 of those 9 bowls
Never forget, it was @KirkHerbstreit pounding the table to get Bama in when it was clear to literally everyone they didn’t belong. Don’t let his cute dog fool you, he’s part of the problem.
