I simply want you to be aware & train your reception staff to demonstrate compassion and dignity when dealing with clients.
@Thirteen_Group I have recently been shocked at the attitude of your staff. I thought you were an empathetic sympathetic company . My friend visited Stockton branch two weeks ago asking for help. She was greeted by absolute rudeness! Are your staff trained ?
@NcsChain I recently donated to Daisy Chain. I needed collection . I was treated with such distaste ! I was trying to do a good thing by donating but was belittled and told some of my items weren’t “good enough”! They were very good!!! I won’t be donating again

Not everyone has a social worker and when one does, it’s for a limited time only!
@TheRangeUK when customers email you this is the message they get. That phone no isn’t accepting calls. What on earth is going on with your customer service? How are customers supposed to contact you if they have problems ?
@stocktoncouncil please can you tell me why it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone? I go through all the options only then to be told there is no one available! I have them tried emailing and I get an acknowledgment then nothing else?
