If you can’t even make a working dx or ddx without lab results, then your medical education seriously needs to be questioned
Apparently it's okay for Nigerian president to earn more UK prime minister.
It's okay for Nigerian senators to earn more than USA senators.
It's okay for Nigerian house representatives to earn than UK Congress men.
It's okay for Nigeria to pay millions in allowance to senators, governors, and ex politicians and buy them bulletproof cars every year.
But when it comes to paying healthcare workers the millions they deserve, suddenly the economy cannot support it.

Students and teachers were kidnapped in Ogbomosho. One of the teachers was beheaded on camera and the video circulated online. Other teachers and students are allegedly being tortured and abused with fire and canes, and their videos are also on the internet.

And APC is still conducting primary elections nationwide.
Sometimes it genuinely feels like the lives of ordinary Nigerians no longer move the people in power.
