@Alimamybundu4 @dsengeh That’s a good question. Our prisons are over flowing with young, healthy and energetic people who could be serving the State in various ways: farming, construction, cleaning, mowing, grasses etc. We waste State resources keeping them in prison.

@dsengeh JFK knows clearly that in some cases when the courts find you guilty you are sentenced to either imprisonment or payment of certain fines. Lots of poor people are in jail for lack of $ to pay their fines.
