باڑہ میں پولیس فائرنگ سے زخمی ہونے والے کمسن ہابیل ولد عبدالغفور کی شہادت پر دلی افسوس اور دکھ ہے۔ ہابیل احتجاج کا حصہ نہیں تھا بلکہ ایک ہوٹل میں مزدوری کرکے اپنے خاندان کا سہارا بننے کی کوشش کر رہا تھا۔ ایک غریب محنت کش بچے کا یوں جان سے ہاتھ دھو بیٹھنا انتہائی افسوسناک ہے۔ واقعے کی شفاف تحقیقات اور ذمہ داروں کا احتساب ہونا چاہیے۔

اللہ تعالیٰ شہید ہابیل کی مغفرت فرمائے اور لواحقین کو صبرِ جمیل عطا فرمائے۔ آمین۔

@fawadchaudhry Atleast you accepted he spoke honestly... He is not narrating a story but he is describing what actual happened with them and with our tribal area brothers. Their sufferings are huge we should atleast accept them and listen to them and ensure that this will never happen again

شہباز شریف سے پوچھا کہ لانگ مارچ کو روکنے کیلئے ریاستی طاقت استعمال کرنے کی ضرورت کیوں پیش آ رہی ہے؟ مسئلہ کیا ہے؟ اس بات پر وہ اپنے لیڈر سے ملاقات چاہتے ہیں اور انکو علاج کیلئے ہسپتال لانا چاہتے ہیں، اس مطالبے پر آپ لاشیں بچھائیں گے؟ میں صبح سات بجے آپکے پاس گیا، آپ دو گھنٹے کے اندر اندر گِر گئے؟ تم اتنے مجبور حکمران ہو؟ آپ جعلی حکومت ہیں، آپ ہارے ہوئے لوگ ہیں، جو لوگ دھاندلی کے ذریعے آپکو اقتدار میں لائے ہیں یہ کرسی انہی کی مرہونِ منت ہے اور حقِ نمک ادا کررہے ہیں!!!

Look at India, where young leaders and citizens are taking to the streets to express their demands. Peaceful protest and public participation are important parts of a healthy democracy. Citizens should be able to question those in power without fear.

You cannot judge public opinion only by the number of people protesting on the streets. Not everyone can afford to protest, and not everyone feels safe doing so. If you truly want to know what people want, respect their freedom to vote and ensure that elections are fair.

Democracy means people have the freedom to choose their representatives through a fair vote. Inside the polling booth, away from public pressure, every citizen should be free to vote according to their own will. The votes are counted, the results show the people's choice.

If people feel helpless, afraid or unable to raise their voices, that is not a victory. It is a tragedy. A society where people feel they cannot stand up for their rights should be a concern for the whole country. Pakistan should reflect on this, not celebrate it.
