@lauzzyx_ 2/ That boosted will show up as a QRcode on NHS Scotland app/paper record. To get consolidated on NHS UK app if depends on whether Wales have a process to accept the QRcode from Scotland into their system. Worst case is you have two documents/app - which is equally acceptable.
@lauzzyx_ 1/ Yes phone the vaccine helpline and explain they will get you booked (may need to have a CHI number created if you have never been registered in Scotland) or go to an advertised drop in https://t.co/vSeMJCGb0n. You should take Welsh vaccine records with you either way.
