जयपुर में यश की मौत को परिवार सामान्य मौत मानने को तैयार नहीं है।

परिजनों का आरोप है कि यश की पत्नी ने अपने प्रेमी के साथ मिलकर उसे रास्ते से हटाने की साजिश रची। परिवार का कहना है कि यह मामला केवल मौत का नहीं, बल्कि एक गहरी साजिश का हो सकता है।

परिवार ने पत्नी की भूमिका पर गंभीर सवाल उठाए हैं और निष्पक्ष जांच की मांग की है। अब जांच के बाद ही साफ होगा कि सच क्या है और यश की मौत के पीछे कौन जिम्मेदार है।

लेकिन सवाल बड़ा है।

जब किसी पत्नी की मौत होती है, तो पूरा सिस्टम तुरंत पति और उसके परिवार को शक के घेरे में खड़ा कर देता है।
लेकिन जब पति की मौत संदिग्ध हालात में हो, तो समाज चुप क्यों हो जाता है?
हर पति की मौत को दुर्घटना, बीमारी या तनाव बताकर बंद मत कीजिए।
कई बार कहानी में “बेचारी पत्नी” नहीं, बल्कि पत्नी ही जांच का सबसे बड़ा विषय हो सकती है।

यश को न्याय मिलना चाहिए।
परिवार को सच मिलना चाहिए।
और कानून को लिंग देखकर नहीं, तथ्य देखकर काम करना चाहिए।

We earnestly pray that this Bill is passed by both Houses of Parliament, receives Presidential assent, and soon becomes law. The proposed Commission has the potential to become a protective pillar for men, offering them a platform to voice their grievances, seek justice, and restore their dignity.

True justice can exist only when every victim is heard. A Men’s Commission is not against women; it is for fairness, balance, and humanity. It is a step towards healing broken trust, saving families, and restoring faith in marriage and the justice system.
