@DVLAgovuk have sent an alleged fine for outstanding road tax to a debt collector, which was the first time I heard about it. Every appeal reason has been ignored by DVLA forcing me to send endless posted letters. They now tell me to reply to the DO NOT reply email they sent!
@Vodacom@Vodacom111 have just stolen my credit & recycled my number. They've left me completely stranded overseas with no working phone. They do not want to help or even investigate. They are now ignoring my request for a formal complaint to be raised & investigation. Shocking!

@VodafoneUK@vodafone Have now withheld my refund for over 26 days! Despite endless emails with the complaints team, the person clearly has no intention of resolving this, doesn't read my emails and keeps telling me the same thing. I have to keep chasing for a reply, shocking!
@VOXImobile I spent over an hour in a chat with your adviser to start a return. It's now almost 48 hours later and I still haven't received the return label I was advised would take up to 24 hours to arrive via email. Please sort this out, I need my refund.
@welchris@VirginMoney Doesn't surprise me, they caused me to go into overdraft unnecessarily and when I called up for help they told me to go speak to my bank. I raised a complaint and still waiting for someone to respond.
Still not a single communication from @BandQ to my complaint. No updates either from @bandq_help . It's absolutely disgusting how a big corporate like this treats its customers. I've been left out of pocket and with no compensation for all the distress they have caused. Shameful

@BandQ@bandq_help The delivery and customer service are all part of the experience, you can't seperate them. So the review can only be what you want people to say and only about the parts you want them to speak about. That says it all really doesn't it

@bandq_help@BandQ Any excuse to not do anything, the chat has been going on for weeks, with constant replies from you that my complaint is being looked at, now when I ask for an update, you conveniently can't talk to me and need me to reconfirm details. You should be ashamed of yourselves..
