Our union has been bargaining in good faith since November across 10 sessions. Unfortunately, we have seen further retaliation against staff by management in recent weeks, including changes to the working conditions of all members of our bargaining committee.
We invite you to reach out to MN350’s leadership and encourage them to take these concerns seriously and engage collaboratively to build a better organization and a strong union contract.
Enough is enough.
