BREAKING: @MNX_fi will be the first platform to launch Anthropic, OpenAI and Chinese labs pre-IPO futures.

Traditional perps are structurally ill-suited to pre-IPO companies because there is no continuous, liquid spot market to anchor them.

Without a reliable external price:
- there is no robust spot index
- funding rates become wrong and reflexive
- arb cannot align the perp with private-market value
- without expiry, there is no guaranteed convergence

MNX uses Valuation Futures instead. Prices form on the market, but every contract ultimately settles to an externally verifiable company valuation at IPO.
