@BMutebuka I believe due to the bad weather pilot might have lost his bearings thinking his still high up in the air and attempted to go to a lower altitude plus trying to do a U-turn hence the violent crash and impact.

@kaMalambule The biggest challenge is cash flow for me. You know you can do this but you just need cash to finish before the invoices get paid. Second is compliance and regulatory matters, some of which also need cashflow.

@dabskays It's very difficult to find trustworthy people. This is one of the reasons why there is high unemployment across Africa. Your business could have expanded and hired more people. Now you are forced to run a One-man show.

@daddyhope Gvt price increases on cigarettes created illegal cigarettes market due to price. Illegal cigarettes now have a bigger market footprint than official ones which are taxed severely.

@dabskays It's tricky. I know some businesses have thin margins. If they are to pay more then it stops being profitable and rather import from China.
