Mark your calendars because the paperback edition of #REMAIN will be available May 26th in the U.S. and July 2nd in the UK!
Grieving the loss of his sister, architect Tate Donovan travels to Cape Cod hoping for a fresh start, but a mysterious young woman named Wren soon challenges his worldview. As their connection deepens, Tate discovers that Wren’s seemingly peaceful life hides darker forces tied to her past. To save her before it’s too late, Tate must confront truths about love, fate, and the thin boundary between the living and the dead.
Our collaboration on writing these characters and seeing them connect with so many of you has been incredibly rewarding, and there’s something special about a paperback you can carry anywhere. If you haven’t read REMAIN yet, this is a perfect time to jump in. And if you have, we hope you’ll enjoy adding this new edition to your shelf. 📖
And in case you missed it, the film is now scheduled to hit theaters on February 5th, 2027 — just in time for next Valentine’s Day! Night and I can’t wait to share more as we get closer. Stay tuned!
@ lifewithtishaj on Instagram, thank you for spending time with #REMAIN. It truly means a lot to me.
Stories like this are written with the hope that they linger just a little longer after the final page…
I’d love to know what moments stayed with YOU most after finishing the book? 💭
It’s amazing to see #REMAIN embraced by readers around the world. We can’t wait for you to see our story brought to screen next year by the visionary M. Night Shyamalan!

We've been working hard on content throughout the site. I have a new writer who is using a pen name and keeping her true identity to herself. We've been back-filling content we missed over the past several years, and we've finally started adding new content to each movie page.
@rigbygender@CountVolpe (A lot of people don't realize that a lot of the martial arts would necessarily be faster in the show so they have more time for story, or the series would have been as long as Dragonball Z, and still cover the same timeframe.)
@rigbygender@CountVolpe The unfortunate thing is: the score and the visuals are both stunning. The problem is it was already a TV show. I still think it should have been an entirely new Avatar we hadn't seen before, and had the same high-speed martial arts that are necessary for a 23 min show.
@CountVolpe People hate him? People hate his films? /s
Yeah... it's been time for people to stop since... oh... Unbreakable. Not even kidding. Been a fan since 1999.
Thank you to all who made @KnockAtTheCabin the number one film this weekend! I am pinching myself that this is the seventh time this has happened to me. This is the fourth in a row with @UniversalPics. Much love to James Cameron, he’s a hero to me. Glad to be in theaters with you
Reminder that not everyone gets out to the theater opening weekend. Keep spoilers about KNOCK AT THE CABIN to yourselves for at least one week. Thank you! #KnockAtTheCabin
I told M. Night Shyamalan I’ve always thought THE VILLAGE was vastly underrated, and asked if he thinks it was hurt by audience expectations and people going into that movie at the time determined to figure out an inevitable twist.
His response was fascinating.
