#sapsFS The Police in Parkweg has launched an urgent search operation for #missing 23-year-old Lerato Asanda Sithole, a student at the University of the Free State (UFS).
Preliminary investigations revealed that Lerato was last seen by neighbors at her residence in Universitas on Friday, 13 February 2026 at approximately 17:45. Records show her UFS student card was last utilized on Thursday, 12 February 2026.

Gqeberha police are seeking the community’s assistance in tracing a suspect wanted in an alleged rape that took place on 13 September 2025.
It is alleged that at approximately 20:30 on above-mentioned date a 45-year-old female was raped by an unknown suspect near Kobus Road, Gelvandale in an open field.
An identikit of the suspect was compiled and attached to the statement
