إيمانًا بأهمية إشراك المتعاملين والاستماع إلى آرائهم وملاحظاتهم، أُقيمت جلسة ضمن مبادرة "مجالس المتعاملين"، في مركز سعادة المتعاملين دبا الفجيرة، تحت عنوان "مجتمع ممكن رقميًا"، ليشكل مساحة مفتوحة للحوار وتبادل المقترحات بما يدعم تطوير الخدمات والارتقاء بتجربة المتعامل.

وفي إطار جهود الوزارة المستمرة لتعزيز التحول الرقمي، هدفت المبادرة إلى تعريف المتعاملين بالخدمات الرقمية وآلية التقديم عليها، إلى جانب تعزيز الوعي بكيفية الوصول إليها والاستفادة منها بسهولة وكفاءة، بما يسهم في تقديم تجربة رقمية أكثر سلاسة للجميع.

Believing in the importance of engaging customers and listening to their feedback and suggestions, the Customer Council was held at Dibba Al Fujairah Customer Happiness Centre under the theme “A Digitally Empowered Community”, creating an open space for dialogue and the exchange of ideas that support service development and enhance the customer experience.

As part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to strengthen digital transformation, the initiative aimed to introduce customers to digital services and how to apply for them, while also raising awareness on how to access and benefit from them easily and efficiently, contributing to a smoother digital experience for everyone.

The Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, instilled in our community the values of tolerance and coexistence, fostering strong connections with people and cultures around the world. His legacy continues to inspire generations in building bridges of understanding, harmony, and human connection.
In celebration of this rich legacy, the Ministry of Community Empowerment Youth Council, in collaboration with Zayed National Museum, organized a community event marking the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The event brought together diverse cultures to reflects the values of openness, inclusion, and coexistence that define the United Arab Emirates.

جانب من ورشة العمل التي نظمتها وزارة تمكين المجتمع بالتعاون مع الأمانة العامة للجنة الوطنية لمواجهة غسل الأموال ومكافحة تمويل الإرهاب وتمويل انتشار التسلح، بمشاركة مؤسسات النفع العام.
ركزت الورشة على تحليل نتائج التقييم الوطني لمخاطر المنظمات غير الهادفة للربح، بهدف تمكين القطاع من تطبيق "النهج القائم على المخاطر" ورفع كفاءة منظومتنا الوطنية.

Awareness is a commitment, and protecting our community is a shared responsibility✨
Highlights from the workshop organized by the Ministry of Community Empowerment in collaboration with the General Secretariat of National Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation Financing Committee, with the participation of non-profit organisations.

The workshop focused on analysing the results of the national risk assessment for non-profit organizations, aiming to enable the sector to adopt a risk-based approach and enhance the efficiency of our national system.

امتداداً لرؤيتنا في تمكين المجتمع، نظمت وزارة تمكين المجتمع بالتعاون مع الهيئة الاتحادية للموارد البشرية الحكومية ومؤسسة الإمارات ورشة تعريفية لمبادرة "في وقتك بركة"، والتي ركزت على آليات العمل التطوعي لموظفي الحكومة الاتحادية. المبادرة تسعى إلى استثمار الكفاءات والوقت لترسيخ قيم المسؤولية والعطاء، مؤمنين بأن كل دقيقة تُقدم للمجتمع هي فرصة لتعزيز تماسكنا وترسيخ قيم التعاون المشترك.

As part of our vision to empower the community, the Ministry of Community Empowerment, in collaboration with the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources and Emirates Foundation, organized an introductory workshop for the “Your Time Counts” initiative, focusing on the mechanisms of volunteer work for federal government employees.

The initiative aims to invest in people’s skills and time to strengthen the values of responsibility and giving, driven by the belief that every minute dedicated to the community is an opportunity to reinforce social cohesion and deepen the values of collaboration and shared contribution.
