On August 4th, Missouri voters go back to the polls.
Before anyone asks for your vote again, remember January 2025.
Every Missouri House member who was there heard the same oath.
They heard the same choice.
They heard one path that defended centralized power in Jefferson City — and one path that called for power to be returned to the representatives, and through them, back to the people.
Then they voted.
Only 10 chose the path of reform.
If your representative was not one of those 10, then regardless of the excuses, the record is clear: they voted to empower the special interests, the leadership machine, and the uni-party power structure over the people of Missouri.
They may hope you forget.
Don’t.

So I am going to call this bait & switch early.
There is only ONE other company doing Education digital wallet vouchers in the United States.
Odyssey.
How much do we want to bet they are already greasing the #moleg establishment to use them instead of Class Wallet?
Called it...
Odyssey slides right on it.
Same junk data collection tech scam on children and their families. #moleg
Rinse, recycle, repeat.
Wonder who got paid by Odyssey on this one 🤔🧐🤨

Who is Bad Bill Buckley?
State Representative @BradBuckleyDVM is the Chair of the House Public Education Committee which held a hearing yesterday to discuss all the glitches in House Bill 2 authored by him but lobbied by @Commit2Dallas and Morath.
He allowed the invited testimony to go first for all three topics below:
• HB 2 monitoring
• Teacher recruitment and retention
• Special education
The public speakers were sandbagged at the end of the day when the majority of the reps were absent.
Those of us who signed up to speak on all three topics had to do them back-to-back instead of immediately following the invited testimony.
Correct, and worse they will likely pull out all the stops for rewilding and locking down resources from the public. Rewilding and abundance full circle into one another. The uniparty wins. Hopefully people can break this cycle.
Fox News confirms Pfizer already has a vaccine ready to prevent infections from tick bites, which is considered "safe and effective."
The vaccine is expected to be released in the next few months, and they believe they will get "a lot of use out of it."

Today I turn 34. Here’s my life’s story. 👇
If you looked at my life from the outside, you’d probably think I had it easy. I’m married to an amazing woman, we have two beautiful children, we own a home, own our own business and I even get to serve as a local politician. A lot of people see that and assume the road was smooth.
They don’t know the truth.
I was born to parents who didn’t want me. My birth father was never around, and my birth mother was lost in methamphetamine addiction. I bounced through foster care with different families, never really belonging anywhere. But at 11 years old, I went to a vacation Bible school and met Jesus. That moment changed everything. As a teenager, I was adopted by the parents who truly saved my life. They’re the reason I’m not addicted to hard drugs or sitting in prison today. I owe them more than I could ever repay.
I still wrestle with feeling unworthy of the places God has put me, whether at work, in our community, or in public service. I don’t ever think I’m better than anyone else.
But after 34 years, I do know this about myself: I’m driven, I’m hungry, and I love figuring things out.
My life story is living proof of what happens when you refuse to let your past pacify you and you stay focused and determined.
So if you’re where I once was, feeling like your background is too heavy, like you’ll never become what you dream of, or like the past has already decided your future, hear this:
You can do greater things than you imagine. Jesus loves you right where you are, and the only thing truly stopping you is you. Keep going. Stay hungry. There’s hope, and there’s a path forward.
Grateful for every chapter, even the hard ones.
Here’s to year 34.
@DustylBlue@MOEdWatch I agree. Why the senate took a standing vote and under a sunshine law request blacked out how they voted is beyond reprehensible. Missouri deserves better!!!

Automated license plate readers and similar forms of domestic surveillance have no place in a free society.
Years ago, I filed legislation to curtail them statewide.
Now there's a citizen-led effort calling on a ban at the County level.

Right now, Missouri is one of only two states that fails to livestream state Senate proceedings. It is time to modernize.
Bringing video streaming to the Senate chamber will give Missourians direct access to their government, fostering greater accountability and efficiency. Our constituents deserve to see democracy in action, track the issues that matter, and watch their elected officials work in real time.
Lt. Governor Wasinger is absolutely right.
It is time to livestream what happens in the senate, because the people deserve to know what their officials are doing. 📸
Some people ask why Act for Missouri is so hard on Republicans.
The answer is simple: because this is our party too.
We are Republicans. We are conservatives. We are pro-life, pro-Constitution, pro-family, pro-liberty, pro-taxpayer, and pro-transparency.
We are not criticizing from the Left. We are holding our own party to the principles it claims to stand for.
And in Missouri, Republicans are not powerless.
They have the Governor’s office. They have every statewide office. They have supermajorities in both chambers. They have had a rare opportunity to deliver real conservative results.
So when the results do not match the promises, who exactly are citizens supposed to hold accountable?
We are not hard on Republicans because we want Democrats in charge.
We are hard on Republicans because we do not want the Democrat agenda advanced under a Republican label.
We are hard on Republicans because campaign promises should mean something.
We are hard on Republicans because the party platform should mean something.
We are hard on Republicans because the Constitution should mean something.
We are hard on Republicans because “this is the best we can do” is not good enough when our party controls the state.
Half-measures are not victories.
Blank checks are not tax reform.
Secrecy is not economic development.
Audio-only government is not transparency.
Higher utility bills are not conservative policy.
Republican branding does not make a bill conservative.
Accountability is not division. Discernment is not betrayal. Refusing to clap for failure is not helping the Left.
