@xArthurRay I started a game as Salzburg, already had a few Japanese players I signed this guy and Gaku Nawata - both were incredible, won Europa League in the first season.
@IdleSloth84_ This is absolutely IMPECCABLE timing from @MaverickGames, riding off the back of the huge wave of Forza, highlighting the areas that are so clearly lacking in comparison to what they are presenting. Well played ๐
I've been watching @OfficialClarets make an absolute meal of trying to go up for decades and these lads just come along out of nowhere and absolutely breeze it ๐คฃ
Football, eh.
@AmateurishRL Different sport I know, but people work for football clubs for next to nothing because they're happy to get a new profile pic and a tracksuit with their initials on it. Sports clubs know this and fully take advantage of it.
@KendoCameron At my sessions we have 2 groups. Those who want to focus on development and put in the work can work in small groups with dedicated coaches, the others focus on covering the basics and finish every session with a small sided match... They love it
I posted about this on Instagram last week... A lot of coaches are so obsessed with self image, being seen as a coach, and trying to develop superstars that they forget most kids play football purely for fun and aren't interested in any of that nonsense.
I just saw this on Facebook, and thought that it's worth a #SundayShare.
Are we in danger of making everything so professional that we forget about fun?
For me enjoyment is always the top priority, if it isn't enjoyable, why would kids play football.
@smivadee - @AFCSudbury may be as good as down (or maybe not, you never know) but after a first win in 3-odd months at the weekend who knows what might happen at home this week. #greatescape?
