The Kansas Wrestling Coaches Association has selected Manhattan High School’s Shawn Bammes as the 2023-2024 6A Head Coach of the Year. Coaches Danny Grater, Dayton Crist, Chad Wolf, and Ethan Sharp were selected as the Assistant Coaches of the Year for the 6A division.

MHS would like to recognize the hardwork and diligence all of the wrestlers put in this year.We had 20 students who wrestled with their hearts at State these last few days and we are immensely proud of all you have achieved.Together they brought home 12 medals and 3 state titles.

Tribe wrestling will have 20 athletes wrestling next Thursday- Saturday for a State Title!!! 7 women and 13 men. ONE TRIBE!!!
