The meeting was attended by the Minister of the Ministry of Local Governments and Urban Development of the Republic of Somaliland, Hon. Hassan Ahmed Duale, the Minister of National Planning and Development, the Director General of the Ministry of Local Government, representatives from relevant ministries, officials from DT Global, the UK Government Office, and representatives from the municipalities of Burco and Tog-Wajaale.
