If I had to start YouTube Automation from 0 in 2026, I’d follow this EXACT checklist:

1. Go on YouTube (incognito).
If you skip this, you’re already lost.
2. Type random topics until you feel bored.
That boredom = saturated niche.
3. Find a small channel getting crazy views.
That’s your entry point.
4. If you can’t find 3 channels doing it…
leave. No demand.
5. Don’t create a logo. Don’t overthink the name.
Nobody cares yet.
6. Create the channel and disappear.
Watch videos, scroll, act human for a few days.
7. Go back to that viral video.
This is where you get paid.
8. Don’t copy it.
Rebuild it.
9. Take the transcript.
That’s your raw material.
10. Feed it to AI.
But tell it to sound better, faster, cleaner.
11. If the script feels boring…
your video is dead already.
12. Turn it into voice.
If it sounds fake, fix it.
13. Open your editor.
Your only job: remove every boring second.
14. Add captions.
Retention goes up instantly.
15. Add music low enough to feel, not hear.
16. Now pause.
Would YOU watch this?
17. If not, don’t post it.
18. Title = everything.
If it’s weak, views die.
19. Thumbnail = curiosity.

Everyone is copying the same YouTube automation niches…
That’s why most channels die at 2k views.

If you want untapped niches, stop searching for “best niches”
and start doing this instead 🧵👇

STEP 1: Stop thinking in niches. Think in problems.
Big niches are saturated.
Problems are endless.

❌ Motivation
✅ Motivation for people starting life over at 30
✅ Motivation for night workers
✅ Motivation for people who feel left behind

The more specific the pain, the less competition.

STEP 2: Run the “bad video test.”
Search your idea on YouTube.

If you see:
• Low-quality thumbnails
• Weak editing
• Channels under 50k subs
• Videos doing 50k–500k views

That’s demand with weak supply = opportunity.

STEP 3: Steal from comments, not creators.
Creators copy creators.
Smart people copy audiences.

Read:
