I've had to resort to contacting a better business bureau, and even my local state attorney general to get something figured out here. At this point, a class action lawsuit may need to happen.

@kawaii_nyanBot @ATVIAssist I'm having the exact same issue myself, I've never cheated, never bought services, nothing. I've been a legit player putting hundreds if not thousands into vault edition pre-orders and bundles. Only to get perma banned right before launch.
