@LadueSoccer probably the worst reclassification I've seen in awhile. They've now 8-0'ed all of Class 1 District 4 and Class 1 Semi.

@LadueSoccer Strongly disagree that any team can be competitive if they "invest time and effort". This years Class 1 is prime example of drastic talent miscatagorization as opposed to lack of effort

@LadueSoccer All Class 1 districts were almost full of absolutely glaring blow outs by the "District Champions". All 4 of them combined for 1 goal given up in their respective journeys. All happen to be Private School Class 2/3 droppers from 2024/2025. Talent ceiling disparity>school pop

@CoachAssareh @LadueSoccer Those 2 teams gave up a combined 1 goal total in their respective districts while scoring 47 combined goals between the 2 of them. They may have Class 1 school population but obviously their ceiling is way higher

@CoachAssareh @LadueSoccer Should as in the current metric of school population? Problem lies in when said Private School reaches its talent peak they can fall back due to school population (currently 2 Class 1 Final Four teams got the straight Class 3 to Class 1 drop). (Continued)

@LadueSoccer @CoachAssareh Exactly, our lottery was '18 and '19 (Class 1 3rd place years with D1 girl and 3-4 junior college talented support), ever since constant top 10 ranks, above .500, railroaded by reloading dropped private schools. We've only been around since 2015.

Its just glaring when, for a few years now, schools like LJ and Mid Buch yearly Top 10 Ranked teams, get 6, 7, 8-0'ed in District semis/finals to dropped private schools. Hard to build on that w/ a ceiling

@CoachAssareh @LadueSoccer Agreed, but Class 2 and beyond are more equipped with more resources and talent pool options to compete with these Private School movers. Im not saying load your Class 3 with them because that's not fair to yall either. It just needs retooling with fresh ideas and analysis.

@CoachAssareh @LadueSoccer So 9% Public School representation in place finish history of Class 1 Girls Soccer since 2003 (which you say is the easiest class). Shows perfectly why the system is flawed. Recycled Private Schools get their yearly reload of Class 1 hardware with drastically more resources.
