I'll get around to the second one in the coming days, it's probably not going to be all that interesting but it WAS a clean error free dump at least. I guess this Episode 1 build at least acts as a consolation prize until the real deal potentially surfaces.
Unfortunately this also just so happened to be the worst condition successful dump of the lot, with 18 uncorrectable read errors during the dump process. As a result the build does crash a fair bit, but it's reasonably playable. Has quite a number of differences too!
The OST in this build is also of note as it features four pre final versions of DJ Sasha's tracks that were composed for the game, these versions are noticeably shorter and a little different here and there: https://t.co/0hzeTX7XXK
A brand new Wipeout 3 prototype build was dumped just a few hours ago by MasterGamer423 (as part of their streak of major Sony material releases). It's dated just under 2 months pre final, here's some single race gameplay I quickly whipped up earlier:

@lumilauraa Hopefully this means there'll no longer be any level memory limit for the audio, I'd love to be able to put my 120+ SFX library discoveries to use to create a HQ SFX revamp!
A patched version of the ISO which works on PCSX2 has now been added to the https://t.co/43PY9Gy1eF post, special thanks to user YT-Ext for providing this fixed version!
Here's footage of the first five story levels, I stiched together a couple different runs for some of the levels to remove most of my failed attempts so that's why it may seem to jump around a bit.
