@parcelforce Utter useless service from the Basingstoke depot. Why did you close the Reading depot that was so reliable? How many times do you want to ignore my redelivery requests made through the app AND over the telephone? You’ve gone from the best courier to the worst.

@evridelivery Apparently had a parcel delivered to a collection shop on Wed 31/01, and then collected Thur 01/02. I was 40 miles away and nobody had my collection details. Where is my parcel? Shop owner has checked cctv and nobody was in the store at the collection time.

@RoyalMailHelp I’ve had many delivery requests ignored lately. Please can I ask that my current two requests are acted upon and my parcels delivered to my chosen collection point? Parcels left in the open despite being asked to deliver on different days etc isn’t great service.
