Theta is an efficiency layer and not an energy source.
It’s a pressure valve, not a power plant.

Theta does not fix the power shortage.
It does not create electricity.

What THETA does is make better use of GPUs and power that already exist.

By aggregating idle GPUs and spreading workloads across smaller locations, Theta can reduce some short-term pressure on massive hyperscale data center buildouts. That buys time and improves inefficiencies until someone has that aha moment.

Long term, Theta becomes more meaningful when AI becomes more distributed more inference, more edge computing, more enterprise GPU pools.

If AI stays dominated by giant 500MW campuses, hyperscale power expansion remains the main solution.

There will be a drastic transition to the new Hybrid Infrastructure.
