Live long enough
🚨 Bernardo Silva to Real Madrid, HERE WE GO! Agreement in place and contract approved.
Two year deal plus one year option, fast deal by Madrid started 36h ago and closed immediately.
Mourinho wanted Bernardo, he says yes and advanced talks revealed today are 100% confirmed.
A former chairman of one of the top banks, who is a silent follower here, and we have never physically met, was on the phone with my family till midnight on the night I was being dragged here, trying to intervene.
Two months later, his company offtook one of our projects for almost half a billion Naira.
I also randomly retweeted a sick baby's fundraising. He came to my DM, asked whether I confirmed the case, asked for the hospital account and sent N10m, the entire hospital bill, for the baby's surgery.
May almighty Allah continue to bless him.
We have never met in person but he is such a kind person.
Our paths crossed on Twitter.
Behold! A WATCHMAN at the GATES of DOCTRINE.
May God bless the womb from which you proceeded from!
May your days be long and full of honey!
May your seeds never become the reason for which your soul will be ached and weary....
May your coast be enlarged and may your voice travel even farther to the uttermost parts of the earth,
even as God keeps riding on it to quench the hunger and thirst of many who are been ravaged by the famine currently plaguing the Lord's bride, and the more weighty famine that is to come......
It is an honor to witness your days!
Live forever, Sir! ✊.
Apostle Gideon Odoma: THE BLACK DIAMOND OF THE NORTH! 🖤 🖤 💎 💎.
Is it A LOT of work to care for a person with DS? Yes
Is that good enough reason to end a human life? No
What then should we do? Build churches, families and communities that share the burden of care and make life more bearable for those facing significant challenges.
The Christian answer has never been to eliminate the vulnerable because caring for them is costly. The Christian answer has been to bear one another’s burdens.
When Christians remained behind to care for the sick during plagues, they were not choosing the easiest path. They were choosing love.
So what we need is not fewer people who require care, but stronger communities willing to share the burden of care.
Their "yoruba first" has always been "APC first". Thats why they can curse Obasanjo all day but if you mention Soyinka, they will remind you of omoluabi and respect for elders.

The legendary defensive partnership
On a trip to PH to coach candidates for their NLNG assessment center.
The young man that offered to cover all my costs (return flights, N200k per night suite in a top hotel, security) was in my anon message here begging for N50k to process his passport when he got NLNG job in 2024.
I suspect he may have spent up to N700k on me on this trip.
Frame 3 was his follow-up anon message to me here in 2024, which I forwarded to my PA to sort out.
I had even forgotten until the young man saw here few weeks ago that we were organizing coaching for NLNG candidates in PH in this recruitment cycle again and he reached out to cover all my expenses for the trip!
Main moral
1. One good job changes people's life
2. Can't get tired of saying this: Poor people get jobs in top companies without any connection (someone that can't afford to raise N50k for passport could not have "connect" his way to getting the job)
PS: I hate to talk about my little good deeds and I don't expect any favour in return for anything I do to anyone here and beyond. The main purpose of sharing is to further give hope to others in his shoes today.
They don't owe you or anyone anything. Luke 13:1-5; People came to meet Jesus to tell him what Pilate did. As horrific as what Pilate did, what was Jesus' response to them? Or when the walls of Siloam fell, what was Jesus' response?
Pastors don't owe you/anyone any explanation Bro.
And no minister should be under pressure to speak for fear of men. That's nonsense.
The church is not another arm of the government. The Church is the ground and Pillar of Truth!
One of my favourite pastor out of Nigeria is Rev. Sam Adeyemi.
He literally has the human, logistical and material capability to expand the Daystar Christian Centre all over Nigeria and the developed world; but he stayed put on the conviction of God over his calling.
Success in ministry to him is not local/international expansion, rather it is doing what God has called him to do.
I believe there are other pastors God will want to commit and feed a local church faithfully, but covetousness to copy another pastor with another calling will not allow them to obey God.
