Since I beat the AA games, my feed has been filled with posts from the AA community and I've also been watching AA video essays.
It is crazy how little I relate to so much AA stuff just for the simple fact that I don't care for shipping nor AA1.
It is done!
I have now completed every single Ace Attorney game in the series, side series games included!
I feel quite accomplished about this, for some reason lol
Atlus Persona Studio Head Kazuhisa Wada says turn based elements in games shouldn't fade away and have timeless appeal:
"I don't think turn‑based elements are something we should let fade away"
"I don't personally feel that turn-based systems are particularly popular at the moment, but I do sense that recent critically acclaimed games have brought renewed attention to them. I suspect the perception of turn-based combat as outdated – almost like a fossil – came about because many developers followed trends and shifted toward action or action-oriented gameplay instead of refining high-quality turn-based designs."
"the sense of exhilaration and accomplishment that turn-based gameplay can deliver has always been there," and remains a "timeless appeal of games."

@lit_pinata@dtasriel I don't think I understand Explanation 1. If she was a homophobic authority figure, would that still not be something very true to the authority figures in people's lives? Tons of parents are homophobic and I feel the initial reading is from those irl experiences people have.
I did want to go about finishing this fully, but since I have a lot of other animation work to complete, it's probably gonna be a while before I get back on that.
SO I'll show you the roughs now!
Here's the rough animation for that King Dedede Jumba Stitch Kirby thing
