The MER, together with the SARGF, had the privilege of presenting at the Methodist Church of Southern Africa Limpopo District Clergy Convocation on Gambling Awareness held at Nutting House Lodge, Mbombela Local Municipality.

The MER, in partnership with the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation and Miss Mpumalanga 2026 @m.mndebele , engaged learners at Sinenhlanhla Secondary School, Kamhola Secondary School, and Emjindini Secondary School through the “Taking Risks Wisely” programme.
The MER, SARGF and Miss MP 2026, continued the #TakingRiskWisely campaign at DD Mabuza Comprehensive School and Tikhuni Sec School, educating learners on the risks of gambling and liquor consumption while inspiring them to stay focused on their education and future goals.
The MER, in partnership with the SARGF visited Ndindane Secondary School to educate learners on the dangers of underage gambling and drinking through the Taking Risk Wisely programme.

Today we are exhibiting in Phola, within the City of Mbombela Local Municipality, in commemoration of Freedom Day 2026. Our focus is on educating the public about responsible gambling and raising awareness on where to access support for gambling addiction.

Today marks the final day of our exhibition during the Taking Legislature to the People. We appreciate the opportunity to engage with the community, share important information on responsible gambling and responsible liquor consumption, and promote compliance within the industry.
The MER, together with Miss Mpumalanga 2025, @malibongwe_mkhwanazii continued with its exhibition activities and also participated in the Youth Sector Stakeholders Engagement held during the TLP programme at Mpuluzi, Chief Albert Luthuli Local Municipality.
