Family Place creates a nurturing environment for parents, caregivers AND children. It offers support and resources to families, including assisting with post-natal depression, isolation, mental health issues, behavioural issues.

We are still safely running the 'Nobody's Perfect' program for parents. Moms & Dads decide the themes of the course with the help of our staff, and through discussion, mutual support, and encouragement parents experience transformative growth leading to parental confidence.

Family Place was founded in the 70s by 2 moms who recognized they needed support on their new parenting journey-and discovered they weren't the only ones! Years later, Family Place remains the same comfortable and welcoming place, not only for kids but for parents/caregivers
