Our Edible Excursions guests enjoyed an evening of exploration and eating at the downtown Mishawaka Library. After learning about popular Brazilian tourist attractions and popular foods, participants made brigadeiros, a traditional and iconic Brazilian dessert, often described as chocolate fudge balls or Brazilian truffles.😋

Today, registered guests enjoyed a special tour of the Mishawaka Historical Museum Mishawaka Historical Museum, where they discovered fascinating stories about the Princess City's past. The event featured an engaging storytime and a fun scavenger hunt. 📜🏛

As a perfect ending to the morning, each participant received a delicious doughnut from West End Bakery, a generous treat provided by museum president Pete De Kever. 🍩

Kids had an amazing time moving and grooving with the Apple Corps Dancers from Debbie Werbrouck School of Dance & Music! From ballet to hip-hop, our young guests learned fun dance moves and even joined in on the action. 💃��👏

A huge thank you to the dancers who bring their talent to our community all summer long, including their special "Dancing for a Difference" performance benefiting the Beacon Children's Hospital.

This evening at the Mishawaka Library, participants in the Cooking Classics program made no-bake orange cream cheesecakes. They combined orange gelatin with graham cracker crumbs, then used the freezer to create this delicious treat! 😋
