Congratulations to Spain, world champions of football. And to England, we didn’t bring it home but had our best result in 60 years. Argentina are world champions of dirt as far as I can see, on the ball, off the ball and even after the game. They played with immense negativity, punctuated with cynical fouls. Not as bad as against England I would say - where we saw one foul every 2 minutes. Argentina lived a charmed life, referee decision wise, so many fouls not carded and so many goals against them disallowed. The hidden hand of FIFA - some say so. But one thing for sure, Argentina disgraced themselves the other night and made the beautiful game ugly.

The govt’s National Risk Register now ranks losing our drinking water alongside a PANDEMIC as one of the two biggest threats facing the country

This year, in the right-hand document: The chances of “Catastrophic impact” on our drinking water supplies - up to a one in four chance.

Last year, same document (on the left) rated it a minor risk. Bottom of the chart.

So what changed? Nothing changed!

Water is still in private hands and depute the Water Special Measures Act deteriorating rapidly.

This is where 36 years of privatised water has brought us.

Tens of billions handed to shareholders. Over £60 billion of debt racked up on water assets that should belong to al of us.

Leaking pipes. No new major reservoirs. Sewage in our rivers, on our beaches, in our sea.

They didn’t invest. They extracted. And now the state’s own risk experts are telling us the tap water could go.

And the regulators? They watched. Fines for pollution became a business expense. Thames Water’s creditors are now asking for their pollution fines to be written off. You couldn’t make this stuff up!!!!

So let’s cut the crap about ‘tougher control’ of water companies. We’ve tried that for 36 years. It ended with drinking water on the national risk register next to a pandemic. You can’t regulate a cash machine into caring about you.

There’s one answer. Bring water back into mutualised public ownership. Run for people, not profit. Answerable to bill payers, not bondholders. Every single pound going back into the pipes and reservoirs we should have built decades ago.

Water is life. And yet we’ve watched it turned it into a payday.

Time to take it back.

Jared’s fund seeded with $2 billion from the Saudi crown prince, now $6.2 billion, 99% of it foreign money from Gulf governments. Over $110 million in fees collected from the Saudis alone. He negotiates American foreign policy with the governments that pay him.

$2.3 billion from crypto ventures their father regulates. More than a million people bought in and lost $2.3 billion. The money didn’t grow. It simply moved from the subjects pockets to the crown’s coffers.

And the next one is already drafted. A proposed ATF rule that will allow guns to be shipped straight to your front door. The government’s own estimate is 3.3 million home gun deliveries a year. Don Jr. sits on the board of the online gun megastore built to cash in. He holds 300,000 shares.

And that’s only the fraction they’ve allowed us to see. Not one subpoena served. Not one search executed. Why hide anything when you own the investigators?

Me? They searched a laptop for six years. Federal prosecutors. Grand juries. Subpoena power. Congressional hearings. They found nothing. I made about $200k a year selling paintings when my Dad was President, and they made my paintings part of an impeachment inquiry.

For six years they’ve asked Where’s Hunter? What about the laptop?

Wrong questions. The right one is 250 years old. Does America belong to a family?
