Hendon ward officers executed a search #warrant, seizing Class A drugs and #arresting three for Possession With Intent to Supply.
The property had been cuckooed - taken over by #criminals exploiting the tenant.
A closure order was issued to safeguard the tenant and community.

The Closure Order was authorised today at Willesden Magistrates’ Court. It prohibits access to the premises by all persons (other than the owner) and lasts for a period of three months. Any person found breaching the order will be arrested.

The Belle Vue Estate is a priority of ours.
Due to the action we’ve taken so far, we’ve seen ASB complaints from #LongfordCourt reduce from a peak of 12 in June to 0 in October. We will continue to target those causing misery and annoyance on the estate.
