Hendon ward officers executed a search #warrant, seizing Class A drugs and #arresting three for Possession With Intent to Supply.

The property had been cuckooed - taken over by #criminals exploiting the tenant.

A closure order was issued to safeguard the tenant and community.

CONVICTED | Eve Rotherham, aged 50, from Brent Cross Gardens, NW4 appeared at Willesden Mags on Saturday 15th February and pleaded guilty. She is due to be sentenced next month.

The Closure Order was authorised today at Willesden Magistrates’ Court. It prohibits access to the premises by all persons (other than the owner) and lasts for a period of three months. Any person found breaching the order will be arrested.

Officers attended and quickly made arrests.

Six teenagers, aged between 14-18, were arrested on suspicion of robbery and remain in custody for questioning.

We executed a drugs warrant on the #BelleVueEstate this morning.

We’re working to tackle drug use and #ASB on the estate and will act on community concerns.

The premises is now subject to an Order prohibiting access to any person other than the occupier.

#CHARGED | David Burne was arrested yesterday morning in #BrentStreet #Hendon and duly returned to prison.

He was also charged with 14 shoplifting offences and will be sentenced for these next week.

#CONVICTED | Nicole Brooks, aged 40 from Hendon has pleaded guilty to 10 shoplifting offences from BP/M&S Finchley Lane, NW4 (and to 2 further public order offences).

She has been bailed for sentencing on Dec 6th, Willesden Mags.

The Belle Vue Estate is a priority of ours.
Due to the action we’ve taken so far, we’ve seen ASB complaints from #LongfordCourt reduce from a peak of 12 in June to 0 in October. We will continue to target those causing misery and annoyance on the estate.
