This week’s episode with Larissa Mills is going to open some eyes. The data surrounding the effects of phone usage and social media on our kids is staggering. From mental health and even to hockey sense and physical ability, this episode with Larissa is going to cause a lot of folks to pause and rethink the routines they employ with respect to “smart” devices. An absolute MUST LISTEN with Larissa Mills this week on the podcast.
