I purchased a 2 kg Doctor Choice Protein Oats pack and stored it as instructed. Today, I noticed something unusual in my bowl twice. I emptied the oats onto a plate and found multiple live insects. I felt nauseous and vomited after eating. Pack expires in Feb 2027. @fssaiindia
