When a mother is accused of 'alienation' after reporting domestic abuse, it puts huge pressure on her to be nice about her abuser.
Question the behaviour? Can't do it.
Report continuing abuse? It will be looked at as further evidence of alienation. It incapacitates safeguarding.

It's not okay for a barrister to say to you "just because he was abusive towards you doesn't mean he will be abusive towards the child". I mean really !!!!!! Totally scandalous. (2)
