@help_delhivery But in this it’s your agent fault he mentioned wrong awb number while picking up the parcel he picked up 3 jeans and mentioned in 1jeans pick up awb number and I’m also talking with merchant @PepeJeansIndia from last 15 days but they are facing technical issue for last 15 days 🤣

@PepeJeansIndia@consumerforum_ I have ordered 4 jeans online form which I made 2 return request for the jeans in which I made 3jeans request and I made 1 jeans request differently so their delivery partner take return on Friday at that time I change my mind to took one jeans
Since Friday I am telling that this glitch has happened so please look into it they just tell me we’re escalating this to our team please give us time it’s 4-5 days and I’m not getting any solution today I get back the refund of only 1 jeans who will pay me the remaining 2
