@paxtondrexler @texasrunnerDFW I’m 55 and I am telling you sleep is key. For me I start slower say around 10 AM, and can go hard if my nutrition is on point until 730 or 8 PM at night. I start fading around 4 PM but if I haven’t eaten a bunch of sugar and trash, the wind down gradual until 8ish.
